Universities & Programs

🏛️ A Diverse Higher Education System

Morocco’s university system includes both public and private institutions, spread across major cities like Rabat, Casablanca, Fès, Marrakech, and Oujda.

You’ll find programs in French, Arabic, and increasingly in English, across a wide range of disciplines.

There are three main types of institutions:

  • Public universities (free or low cost)
  • Private universities and schools (tuition-based, often more specialized)
  • Foreign-affiliated institutions (French, American, etc.)
